Breakfast: 2 eggs for me and an egg yolk for baby Lunch: Chicken in the crock pot with asparagus and snow peas Snack: blueberries and banana Dinner: Chicken alfredo over rice noodles

Today’s Meals: Fish and Soup

Breakfast: Green onion and feta omelet Lunch: Salmon Salad.  Baby greens, bell pepper, pineaple, salmon, balsamic vinegar and olive oil Dinner: Soup: onion, potato, kale, left over steak, homemade beef broth, oregano, parsley, thyme, and salt

Today’s Meals: 2-26-12

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with bacon and fresh orange juice Lunch with family at Jamma and Grampy’s house.  Brisket, sweet potato, green beans Dinner: grass-fed beef, avocado, cheese

Today’s Meals: simple

Breakfast: green onion and feta omelet Lunch at Jamma’s: Salad with tomato, cucumber, cheese, bacon, oil, and vinegar.  And baby girl had some cheese, tomato, and Ella’s baby food. Dinner: left over creamy cauliflower and some cheese. Drink: Kombucha

Today’s Meals: Quick!

Breakfast: Green onion and Feta omelet Lunch: Soup!  onion, potatoes, beet tops, chicken sausage, homemade chicken broth.  Ready in 15 minutes. Dinner: Creamy cauliflower with beef and sausage.  I used the left over beef from yesterday and sausage from today.
