Today’s Meals: Quick!

Breakfast: Green onion and Feta omelet

Lunch: Soup!  onion, potatoes, beet tops, chicken sausage, homemade chicken broth.  Ready in 15 minutes.

Dinner: Creamy cauliflower with beef and sausage.  I used the left over beef from yesterday and sausage from today. Steamed the cauliflower and made a cream sauce to mix it all together with.  Dinner was ready in less than 30 minutes.
